Jasmonate is one of the plant hormones which plays an important role in plant development and response to biotic and abiotic stimui . Based on the growth response to methyl jasmonate( MeJA), 200 μmol/ L MeJA was chosen as the threshold concentration for screening MeJA - insensitive mutants from activation tagging mutant library. One mutant with enhanced MeJA resistance was got and its T - DNA flanking sequences were amplified by TAIL - PCR. The blast result indicated that the T - DNA was inserted between At5939430 (hypothetical protein) and At5939440(Snf1 -related protein kinase, putative).
