为了解FnBPA-A分子遗传多态性重组质粒免疫后细胞免疫与体液免疫特点,以新疆不同地区分离的牛源金黄色葡萄球菌FnBPA-A真核重组质粒免疫小鼠,检测免疫后抗血清对不同金黄色葡萄球菌的识别能力,免疫小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力,免疫血清中细胞因子IFN-γ与IL-4水平。结果表明,各免疫组抗血清对GY309菌株的识别能力较其他菌株弱。重组质粒pV-20-2、pV-801、pV-819、pV-856与pV-288刺激小鼠淋巴细胞增殖的能力及诱导IFN-γ水平明显高于其他各组。FnBPA-A分子的遗传多态性可以影响免疫小鼠免疫后抗体对菌体的识别及细胞免疫水平。
To understand the characteristic of cellular and humoral immunity of FnBPA-A genetic polymorphism recombinant plasmids after immunization.Mice were immunized with FnBPA-Aeukaryotic recombinant plasmids of Staphylococcus aureus isolates from different areas in Xinjiang.The binding ability of antiserum from immunized mice,spleen lymphocyte proliferation,cytokine levels of IFN-γand IL-4were tested.The results showed that the antiserum of all immunization group had weaker binding ability to strain GY309 lymphocyte proliferation and production of IFN-γand IL-4of immunization group pV-20-2,pV-801,pV-819,pV-856 and pV-288 were higher than those of other groups.In conclusion,molecular genetic polymorphism of FnBPA-A may affect the binding ability of antiserum to bacteria and cellular immune level.
