目的:综合评价人群PPARγ2基因Pro12→Ala多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关联性。方法:以T2DM组和正常对照组的各PPARγ基因型频数和等位基因频数分布的OR值为统计量,全面检索相关文献;应用Meta分析软件包Revman5.1,在基因分型水平上,对各研究的结果进行一致性检验和数据合并,并评估发表偏倚。结果:PPARγ2基因Pro12→Ala多态性基因型及等位基因的分布频率在T2DM组和对照组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);基因型合并OR值为1.19,等位基因合并OR值为1.29。结论:PPARγ2基因Pro12→Ala多态性(Ala等位基因)与T2DM有关联。
Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the Pro︿12-Ala substitution in PPARγ2 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:Odds ratios(OR) of the PronAla allele distribution in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus against healthy controls were analysed. All the relevant studies were identified, poor qualified studies were excluded and the pub- lication bias was evaluated. The Meta - analysis software RevmanS. 1 was applied for investigating heterogeneity among individual studies and for summarizing all the studies. Results: There were significant associations of the distribution of the allele frequencies and the genetype frequencies in the case and control groups ( P 〈 0.05). Their pooled odds ratios were 1.19,1.29. Conclusion :The Ala allele of Pro︿12-Ala polymorphism in the PPARγ2 gene is associated with T2DM.
