目的:探讨人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统对上呼吸道炎症筛查的可行性。方法:利用红外热成像技术(IRTI)采集集训期间170名新兵头颈部的红外热像图.采用人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统对受试者的上呼吸道红外热图进行自动评判,与临床问诊及体检进行比较,并进行敏感度、特异度、预检率、假阳性、假阴性和诊断符合率的评价。结果:人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统自动评判结果显示,阴性表达84例、阳性表达86例;临床问诊和体检结果显示,有症状者93例、无症状者77例。人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统对上呼吸道炎症筛查的敏感度为79.57%、特异度为84.42%、阳性预检值为86.05%、阴性预检值为77.38%、假阳性和假阴性分别为20.43%和15.58%,诊断符合率为81.76%。结论:人体上呼吸道热态快速自动评测系统具有较好的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of infrared-thermal imaging (IRTI) auto-evaluation system for detection of upper respiratory inflammation. Methods: The IRTI auto-evaluation system was employed to capture the infrared thermal figures in 170 newly recruited soldiers during assemble training for subsequent assessment of assay sensitivity, specificity, positive/negative predictive value, false positive and false negative value and diagnostic yield, in conjunction with history inquiry and physical examination. Results: Results of IRTI auto-evaluation system demonstrated 84 subjects who tested positively and 86 tested negatively to IRTI. Of 140 subjects who underwent clinical inquiry and physical examination, 93 were symptomatic and 77 proved asymptomatic. The diagnostic yield (81.76%), as evidenced by the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, false positive and false negative values of 79.57% , 84.42% , 86.05% , 77. 38% , 20.43% and 15.58% , was confirmed. Conclusion: The IRTI auto-evaluation system for human upper respiratory tract is feasible for application.
