The influence mode between relationship cognitive proximity and horizontal technological standardization collaboration shows that the relationship cognitive proximity based on competition and cooperation relations is the basis of horizontal technological standardization collaboration, the suitable relationship of competition and cooperation is the key of horizontal technological standardization collaboration, and the real cooperation program is the core of horizontal technological standardization collabora- tion.
