不同的车轮踏面形状与同一钢轨匹配时具有不同的轮轨接触几何关系,影响车辆的动力学性能。分析比较了我国LM磨耗型踏面和德国DIN5573踏面对地铁车辆动力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用DIN5573踏面时车辆的运行稳定性优于LM磨耗型踏面,而曲线通过性能则相对较差。
The wheel-rail contact geometry relationship is different when different wheel tread shape matches the same rail, which will influence the dynamic performance of the vehicle. Influence on the dynamic performance of the vehicles is analyzed and compared with Chinese LM tread and German DINS573 tread. The results show that the running stability of the vehicle with DINS573 tread is better than that with LM tread while is worse in curve negotiation performance.
