摘 要 对真空下过热蒸汽和常压下空气干燥木材时的水分迁移特性做了对比性实验研究,在同一温度水平下,真空过热蒸汽干燥木材的水分迁移速率明显高于常压空气的速率,且随蒸汽过热度和真空度的提高,木材中水分迁移速率加快。文中分析指出:常压空气干燥时,水分通过边界层依靠扩散,而真空过热蒸汽干燥依靠内外蒸汽压差,其传质阻力可以忽略,故干燥速率快。
Contrast experiment using vacuum superheat steam and normal pressure moisture air as drying medium was carried out to study characteristics of moisture movement. At the same temperature, the drying rate of vacuum superheat steam drying is remarkably faster than that of normal pressure moisture air drying.
