目的:研究川藿香非挥发性成分不同提取物对大鼠胃肠激素的影响。方法:将川藿香粗粉用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,得川藿香挥发油及川藿香非挥发性成分,将川藿香非挥发性成分依次用等体积乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、蒸馏水萃取,分别得到乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、蒸馏水提取物;建立胃肠动力障碍模型,并选择川藿香、川藿香挥发油、川藿香非挥发性成分不同溶剂提取物作为反证治疗药物。观测各组大鼠胆囊收缩素(CCK)、大鼠胃泌素(GAS)、大鼠胃动素(MTL)等指标。结果:与正常组比较,模型组、自然恢复组大鼠CCK均降低(P〈0.01),与自然恢复组比较,川藿香组及乙醚提取物高剂量组CCK均升高(P〈0.01,其中川藿香组无统计学意义);与正常组比较,模型组、自然恢复组均GAS、MTL均降低(P〈0.01),与模型组比,川藿香组、川藿香非挥发性成分组GAS升高(P〈0.01),川藿香组、水提物(高、低剂量)组MTL升高(P〈0.01)。结论:川藿香非挥发性成分不同提取物可调节大鼠胃肠激素分泌,且其效果可能优于川藿香。
Objective:To study the effects of different extracts from Sichuan Huoxiang non volatile components on the gastrointestinal hormones in rats.Methods:Sichuan Huoxiang crude powder was extracted by steam distillation to get volatile oil and non volatile oil.The components of Sichuan Huoxiang non volatile oil were extracted with equal volume of ethyl acetate,acetic ether,butyl alcohol and distilled water in turn.Non volatile oil was obtained from Sichuan Patchouli ether,ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol and distilled water extracts.Non volatile oil was obtained from Sichuan Patchouli ether,ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol and distilled water extracts.The establishment of gastrointestinal motility disorder model and Sichuan Huoxiang,Sichuan cablin patchouli oil,non volatile oil of different solvent extracts were as therapeutic drugs counterevidence.Observe cholecystokinin in rats(CCK rats),gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL) and other indicators.Results:Compared with the normal group,the CCK in model group and spontaneous recovery group was decreased(P〈0.01) and the natural recovery group,Sichuan Agastache rugosa group and ether extracts high dose group's CCK were increased(P〈0.01).Sichuan Agastache rugosa group had no statistical significance.Compared with the normal group,model group and natural recovery group's MTL and GAS were decreased(P〈0.01).Compared with model group,Sichuan Huoxiang group,Sichuan Huoxiang non volatile component group's GAS increased.Sichuan Huoxiang group and water extract(high,low dose) group's MTL increased(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Sichuan Huoxiang non essential oils and different solvent extracts regulate the secretion of hormone of gastrointestinal motility in rats and the effect may better than agastache rugosus.
