以6个甜菜品种为材料。研究了生育期植株中锰含量变化与吸收性能的特点及其需求量。结果表明:1)甜菜植株中锰含量在不同生育期有所变化和差异,其中在叶丛快速生长期(7月5日)含量最高。分别为植株中66.64mg/kg、叶丛中90.44mg/kg、块根中39.51mg/kg,到收获期其含量分别降为38.75mg/kg、52.04mg/kg和37.37mg/kg;2)锰在植株中积累量,随生育进程由少到多,到收获期甜菜积累量平均为16.159mg/株;3)甜菜对锰吸收性能最强的时期在叶丛快速生长期,每株甜菜吸收锰0.300mg/d。其次在块根及糖分增长期(0.139mg/株·d),这两个时期占生育期总吸收性能的75.43%;4)每生产1t甜菜需锰量14.424g(品种间为12.934—14.992g),每生产1kg糖需锰量0.0843g(品种间为0.0778-0.0881g)。
Manganese element content change, accumulation and distribution, uptake capacity and demanded quantity of six cuhivars of sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.) at different growth stages were studied in a field experiment. The resuhs showed that: 1) Manganese content in sugar beet whole plant growth period. The metabolism of manganese element reached the most active status at stage in different cultivars, its content was 66.64 kg in root, respectively, whereas its content were harvest stage, respectively. 2) The accumulation mg/kg in the whole plant, 90.44 mg/kg changed during different the foliage rapid growth in foliage and 39.51 mg/ reduced to 38.75 mg/kg, 52.04 mg/kg and 37.37 mg/kg at the of manganese in the whole plant with the development process increased gradually, and reached average 16.159 mg per plant at the harvest stage. 3) Manganese element uptake capacities reached the highest at the foliage rapid growth stage, was 0.300 mg/plant/d; the root and sugar growth stage took the second higher, was 0.139 mg/plant/d. Manganese accumulation in these two stages accounted for 75.43% of the total manganese uptake capacities. 4) For production of 1 ton of sugar beet, totally 14.424 g of manganese was required (range from 12.934 to 14.992 g among the six cuhivars), and for production of 1 kg of sugar, totally 0.0843 g of manganese needed to be consumed (range from 0.0778 to 0.0881g among the six cultivars).
