利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、硬度计等研究了Si含量对潜孔钻头用钢22ShMnCrNi2Mo组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明:实验钢的强度、硬度在Si含量为1.20%到1.40%的范围内随Si含量的上升而增强,冲击韧性随Si含量的升高而下降,三种不同硅含量下的组织均为回火马氏体+少量的残余奥氏体,马氏体束尺寸随硅含量增加而减小。
the effects of Si content on DTH bit affect the microstructure and properties of steel 22SiMnCrNi2Mo by us- ing optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, microhardness. The experimental results show that: strength, hardness of the steel in the Si content of 1.20% to increase with the Si content in the range of 1.40% and increase, increase the impact toughness decreases with Si ratio, three different silicon content organization for tempering martensite and a small amount of retained austenite, martensite beam size decreases the increase of silicon content.
