China＇ s capital formation every 1% increase, the scientific and technological innovation will increase 0. 370% , each 1% increase in education development, the scientific and technological innovation will increase 0. 584%. Based on this, our country should eliminate the barriers in capital formation and education development as far as possible, increase ed- ucation funds investment; encourage the supports to capital formation and education development through financial means and so on.
