基于ProCAST软件建立了安装接头的铝合金压铸模的二维模型,分析了热平衡状态下的等效塑性应变和热疲劳行为。设计了以疲劳寿命为试验目标的3因素3水平的压铸工艺参数的正交试验。结果表明,影响压铸模寿命因素的主次顺序依次为:模具预热温度、浇注温度、脱模剂传热系数。最优压铸模寿命的压铸工艺参数组合:浇注温度为600℃,模具预热温度为250℃,脱模剂传热系数为400 W/(m~2·K)。
A two-dimentional finite element model of aluminum alloy die casting die for joint was established by using ProCAST software. Equivalent plastic strain and thermal fatigue of die casting die under the heat balance condition were analyzed. Orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was designed with the fatigue life as the experimental goal . The results show that the order of the factors affecting the service life is presented as follows, die preheating temperature, pouring temperature and heat transfer co- efficient of release agent. Die casting die has the desirable service life at the pouring temperature of 600℃, die preheating temperature of 250℃ and heat transfer coefficient of release agent of 400 W/(m2·K).
