After our country entering into WTO. the development of private enterprises are confronted with a new environment. How to discover and solve the problems which leave over in the past and in new environment becomes the primary question. At the same time. the government should strengthen the power of policy support especially in the right of allowing non-government enterprises into market and the accommodation of funds for private enterprises. Private logistics enterprises should adjust and perfect ownership structure for developing our province GDP.
