文章采用纵向单案例的方法考察了先声药业的创新绩效提升及演化的复杂过程,构建了一个战略前瞻性、创新搜寻与创新绩效演化的整合模型。研究表明,在不同发展阶段,战略前瞻性是动态变化的,并且不断影响着企业创新搜寻发生变化,进而影响创新绩效。在先声发展的四个阶段中,战略前瞻性、创新搜寻、创新绩效不仅各自发生演化,而且三者之间也存在着演化关系。具体表现为:战略前瞻性由低程度向高程度演化;创新搜寻由国内搜寻向国外搜寻演化,由国内科研搜寻和供应商搜寻向国外科研搜寻、市场搜寻以及供应商搜寻演化;搜寻的知识类型由药物疗效、副作用等浅表知识向国际领先水平的创新药物的前沿知识演化;企业的创新绩效也从低向高不断演化。此外,企业上一阶段的创新绩效还会影响下一阶段的战略前瞻性。
Based on a longitudinal case study of Simcere Group, the authors examine the complex process of innovation performance improvement and evolution and construct an inspiring integration model among strategic proactiveness, innovative search and innovation performance. Our research fi ndings indicates that during the four developmental stages of Simcere Group, strategic proactiveness, innovative search and innovation performance not only evolves respectively, but also co-evolve among them. To be specific, strategic proactiveness evolves from a lower degree to a higher one. Innovative search evolves from domestic to foreign search, namely, from the domestic scientifi c research-oriented search and supplier-oriented search to the foreign scientifi c research-oriented search, market-oriented search and supplier-oriented search. The knowledge of search evolves from the superfi cial knowledge like drug efficacy and its side effect to the frontier knowledge of internationally advanced drugs. Besides, the innovation performance also evolves from a lower level to a higher one. What's more, the innovation performance of the previous stage has certain impacts on the strategic proactiveness of the next stage.
