碳纳米纤维负载钴酞菁催化氧化β-巯基乙醇的性能研究

将四氨基钴酞菁(CoTAPc)接枝到碳纳米纤维(CNF)上,制备碳纳米纤维负载钴酞菁催化剂(CoTAPc-CNF)。以β-巯基乙醇为研究对象,考察CoTAPc-CNF的催化性能,探讨pH、β-巯基乙醇浓度和温度对其催化性能的影响。结果表明:与单分子的钴酞菁相比,CoTAPc-CNF具有更好的催化性能;CoTAPc-CNF在pH为12时催化性能达到最大;初始反应速率V0的倒数1/V0与β-巯基乙醇浓度S的倒数1/S呈线性关系,表现出催化酶的特点;催化活性随着反应温度的升高而增加,反应活化能Ea为10.684 kJ/mol。

英文摘要:

A novel catalyst CoTAPc-CNF is prepared by immobilizing cobalt tetraaminephthalocyanine (CoTAPc) onto the modified carbon nanofiber. The catalytic performance of CoTAPe-CNF is investigated by the oxidation of β-mercaptoethanol. Compared with molecular phthalocyanine, CoTAPc-CNF indicates excellent catalytic properties. The initial solution pH ranging from 4 to β and the changes of concentration of the β-mercaptoethanol are also investigated. The results show that catalytic activity reached higher at pH 12; and the reciprocal initial reaction rate (1/V0) has a linear relation with the reciprocal concentration (1/S), presenting the characteristics of enzyme catalysis. Moreover, the catalytic ability of CoTAPc-CNF increases with increasing temperature. The activation energy of Ea is 10. 684kJ/mol.
