从猪肉产业链视角出发,基于生猪养殖环节和波特的“钻石模型”,选择了生产要素、相关及支持产业、需求条件、企业战略、结构和同业竞争、政府支持以及汇率等六个方面12个指标作为自变量,运用偏最小二乘回归方法实证分析中国生猪养殖业国际竞争力的形成机制及其影响因素。结果表明:单位劳动生产力生产的猪肉产量、种猪场能繁母猪的头数、猪肉需求、生猪出栏来自规模养殖的比重对中国生猪养殖业国际竞争力具有显著的正向影响,而物质与服务费用、人民币对美元汇率以及生猪生产扶持政策具有显著的负向影响。此外,饲料加工产业、农产品物流产业以及农村畜牧兽医公共服务体系的发展和完善对于提升中国生猪养殖业国际竞争力有很大的潜力。
From the perspective of pork chain, based on pig breeding, this paper uses Porter's "diamond model", chooses six factors and total 12 indexes as independent variables, including the factors of production, related and supporting industries, demand conditions, business strategy, structure and competition in the industry, government support and the exchange rate. The partial least squares regression analysis is adapted to analyze the importance and the effect of the above independent variables on the competitiveness of Chinese pig breeding industry. The results showed that: from the perspective of importance of influencing factors, the unit labor productivity in the pork production, the sow number of pig breeding farms, the demand of pork and the pig slaughtered from the large-scale breeding farms have the significantly positive influence on the international competitiveness of pig breeding industry, while the cost of material and service, RMB exchange rate and polices supporting the pig production have significantly negative influence on the international competitiveness of pig breeding industry. In addition, the development of feed processing industry, agricultural products logistics industry and the rural public service system of animal husbandry and veterinary have great potential influence on the international competitiveness of Chinese pig breeding industry.
