我国寒武纪崮山期两个德氏虫科三叶虫属Drepanura和Pionaspis的名称已分别被先于它们命名的其他动物所占用,成为晚出同名,应予废弃。其替代名称分别为Neodrepanura和Kiyakius。
H. Ozdikmen (2006) from the Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey has recently found 14 junior homonyms of trilobite genera, which include two Chinese generic names, i.e. Drepanura Bergeron, 1899 and Pionaspis Zhang in Qiu et al. , 1983. The former is one of the most important and wellknown Chinese trilobites, having appeared frequently in the trilobite literature since its establishment and has long been used as zonal fossil of the Kushan Formation in North China. In addition, it is the most quarried Chinese fossil for commercial purpose and as a result, almost all of geological and palaeontological museums and many individual collectors in China have housed specimens of this kind of trilobite. The purpose of this article is to attract public attention to the changes of the preoccupied names. The senior homonym of Drepanura Bergeron, 1899 is Drepanura Schoett, 1891. The replacement name for the preoccupied Drepanura Bergeron, 1899 is Neodrepanura Ozdikmen, 2006 ; the senior homonym of Pionaspis Zhang, 1983 is Pionaspis Denision, 1964. The replacement name for the preoccupied Pionaspis Zhang is Kiyaleius Ozdikmen, 2006.
