在分析制造资源评估复杂性及现有方法局限性的基础上,采用层次分析法建立了制造资源评估模型。采用理想点方法构造评价函数,使用熵权系数法确定制造资源评价指标的权重系数,求解评价函数的最优解作为评价目标的最优解,最后使用实例进行了应用验证。实践证明,集成了熵权系数法的理想点法,在基于应用服务提供商的动态联盟制造资源评估中减小了人为因素的影响,提高了评价结果的科学性和公平性。
By analyzing the complexity of evaluating manufacturing resources and the limitations of the current evaluation method, an evaluation model of manufacturing resources based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was put forward in which evaluation function was constructed by applying Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The weight factor for each performance indices of manufacturing resources was evaluated by entropy, and the option solution of evaluation function was solved as the ideal solution. Finally, a case study was carried out. The result showed that by using entropy and TOPSIS, it could reduce subjective errors on evaluating manufacturing resources of dynamic allied partners based on Application Service Provider (ASP), and the evaluation result was more scientific and credible.
