针对现有中耕培土机械对环境污染严重的问题,结合实际农艺要求,设计电动旋耕培土机的机构形式以及传动系统参数,运用有限元方法对旋耕刀进行静力学分析,确定弯刀类型,研制一种电动旋耕培土机。所研制的电动旋耕培土机有关性能符合国家中耕机械相关标准要求,且具有低噪声、低排放、零污染的特点;其作业效率可达0.121hm^2/h,耗电量约为30.71kWh/hm^2,折合电价18.43元/hm^2,其作业效率以及经济性能均远高于同功率汽油机。
