目的:探讨化浊解毒方对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠血清抵抗素(RES)的影响。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠80只,分为空白组、模型组、西药组(盐酸吡格列酮组)和中药组(化浊解毒方组)。空白组予普饲,其余3组采用链脲佐菌素加高脂饲料诱导的方法建立2型糖尿病肥胖大鼠IR的动物模型。在给药4周后分别测定各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血清抵抗素、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、空腹胰岛素(INS)等生化指标。结果:与模型组相比,中药组能明显降低大鼠血FBG、GSP(P〈0.01),且能使胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)与RES水平明显降低的作用,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:化浊解毒方可以明显降低胰岛素抵抗大鼠的血糖和糖化血清蛋白,改善胰岛素抵抗,其作用机制可能与降低血清抵抗素相关。
Objective The experimental study was to observe the effect of removing turbidity and detoxication decoction on serum resistin in insulin resistance in rats.Methods Animal models of type 2 diabetes IR rats was established by high lipid diet plus low-dose streptozotocin(STZ) tail vein injection method.The rats FBG,GSP,RES,HOMA-IR and other biochemical markers in 4 weeks after administration were determined.Results Compared with the model group,removing turbidity and detoxication decoction before being significantly reduced FBG,GSP,(P〈0.01),no significant difference between pioglitazone group 2.Compared with the model group,it had similar HOMA-IR and could significantly reduce the role of RES,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion s Removing turbidity and detoxication decoction can lower serum resistin in the insulin resistance in rats.
