造血干细胞(haematopoietic stem cells,HSCs)具有自我更新功能,可分化成多系血细胞。微环境、活性氧(reactive oxidative species,ROS)、细胞周期调控分子和能量代谢等对HSCs的稳态具有调节作用。抑癌基因Lkbl,又名STK11(serine threonine proteinkinase11),在多种细胞内磷酸化激活蛋白激酶AMPK(AMP-activated protein kinase),调节机体代谢和细胞增殖。近期研究发现,Lkb1在HSCs的代谢调控及稳态维持中发挥重要作用。对Lkb1在HSCs数量、功能、代谢的稳态维持中的作用研究进展进行综述。
Haematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) has the potentiality to renew themselves and to differentiate into specialized blood cells. The niche, ROS, cell cycle regulatory factor, and energy metabolism do influence the homeostasis of HSCs. Lkbl promotes the phosphorylation of AMPK, regulating the organism metabolism and cell growth. The recent research discovered that Lkbl has important role in the regulation of metabolism and maintaining homeostasis of HSCs. This article reviewed the research progress about the role of Lkbl in the quantity, function, and metabolism homeostasis of HSCs.
