目的对不同干燥方法百合中二氧化硫含量测定,为百合的安全用药提供实验依据。方法采用盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法,对百合中二氧化硫含量测定。结果传统硫熏百合二氧化硫含量超标,而以煤为燃料,烘房热风烤制的百合干片亦存在二氧化硫超标的风险。结论该二氧化硫含量测定方法可为百合的安全用药性评价提供实验依据。

Objective Determining the content of sulphur dioxide residue in different drynesses of Lili bulbus,It provides experiment reference about medication safety of Lili bulbus.Methods Using pararosaniline hydrochloride method and Sodium bisulfite as index to determine remainder of sulphur dioxide in Lili bulbus.Results The remainders of sulphur dioxide in sulfurring and using coal as fuel drying Lili bulbus were exceeded.Conclusion The experiment could provide a reference to the safety assessment of Lili bulbus.
