采用GIS技术,在DEM、水系和地貌分布数据的基础上,建立了我国一级流域划分方案,并将我国划分为29个一级流域.将我国一级流域分为6种类型,针对每种类型建立了二级流域划分方案,并将全国划分为90个二级流域.建立了三级流域划分方案,将全国划分为183个三级流域.并为每个流域设计了9位字符串的流域编码.对比分析表明本方案所生成的三级流域划分结果可以与现有的流域划分结果进行无损转换,为水文气象科研和业务提供了一种新的流域划分方法.

英文摘要:

River basin partition is important to hydro-meteorological research and applications. There are 4 quite different partition schemes in China that still need further improvement. Based on national 1∶250000 digital elevation model (DEM), river map, Landsat-TM mosaic map and geomorphic map, a new drainage basin partition scheme in China is proposed with GIS technique. The scheme includes three sets of gradation system. The first grade includes 29 basin partitions; the second grade includes 90 basin partitions. There are 183 basin partitions for the third grade. The new coding scheme is adopted. The comparison shows that the basin partitions in the paper can be transformed to partitions of existing basin partition scheme through simply recombination of third class basin partitions. Moreover, 29 first class basin partitions can be divided into 6 groups.
