HeXie Management has formed its relative complete theoretical framework after it experienced the great development in the past a decade. On the basis of the previous researches and management practice in China, a practical model of HeXie Management was put forward, which include general practical model, HeXie Theme discerning one, key question list, HeXie Theme forming model, HeXie Theme drift one and He Principles and Xie Principles applying one. This practical model would help organizations to practice HeXie Management.
