采用环己烷为油相,油酸钾和正丁醇分别为表面活性剂和助表面活性剂,并以过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过微乳液方法成功地制备了Fe3O4/PS磁性纳米复合材料.X射线粉末衍射和红外光谱分析证实了Fe3O4/PS磁性纳米复合材料的形成.产物的光学性能研究显示,和纯的PS相比,复合材料的紫外-可见吸收峰红移了约100nm,而荧光强度大大降低,并产生一个新的发光峰.同时,复合材料也具有较好的磁性能.
Fe3O4/Polystyrene nanocomposites have been successfully fabricated via an O/W microemulsion route, employing cyclohexane as oil phase, potassium oleate and n-Butyl alcohol as surfactant and cosurfactant, as well as APS as initiator. The formation of Fe3O4/Polystyrene nanocomposites is confirmed by XRD and IR spectrum. Researches from optical properties showed that, compared with the pure PS, the absorption peak of the nanocomposites red shifted -100nm in the UV-Vis spectrum; and the peak intensity of the nanocomposites in the PL spectrum decreased and one new peak appeared. Also, the nanocomposites owned good magnetic property.
