采用电弧离子镀技术在马氏体热强不锈钢1Cr11Ni2W2MoV样品表面沉积了氮化钛铝涂层,研究了涂层对不锈钢的高温拉伸强度、持久断裂时间以及常温旋转弯曲疲劳寿命的影响。Ti0.7Al0.3N涂层的施加对高温拉伸强度影响不大,高温持久实验表明,Ti0.7Al0.3N涂层显著延长了材料的持久断裂时间;Ti0.7Al0.3N和Ti0.5Al0.5N涂层均使试样的疲劳寿命提高约20%左右;高温持久时间和常温旋转弯曲疲劳寿命的提高与涂层制备过程中高脉冲偏压轰击下不锈钢表面形成的一层结构均匀、组织致密的表面强化层的,以及涂层中的压应力的存在。
Composite titanium aluminum nitride coating was deposited on a wrought martensite steel 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV by arc ion plating system with optimalprocessing parameters and the effects of the coatings on the tensile strength, last time in stress-rupture test in tension and number of load cycles in metal-rotating bar bending fatigue testing of the steel were studied. The nitride coatings increase the last time and number of load cycles and didn't weaken the tensile strength of the steel. The above results are ascribed to the formation of a strong layer on the surface of the steel and the existence of compress stress in the coating.
