On the basis of risk sources identification in the coal mine safety management , the evolution mechanism of risk was analyzed and the evolution model was established , which revealed the evolution of 18 risk factors of five categories （ safety monitor system , management organization , management mode , management ability , management elements） under the actuating effect of misconduct .Experiment proved that the model has good applicability .The study is of great significance to guide the coal mine safety production and management .
