随着我国入世后过渡期的结束,在一些产业全面对外开放的背景下,外资企业掀起了一场大规模的并购浪潮。理论界关注的焦点已开始从其积极影响转向消极影响。在对我国外资并购的现状和反垄断中几个关键问题分析的基础上,针对外资恶意并购我国行业领航企业形成的经济型垄断,提出了＂国家、产业、企业三位一体＂的宏观、中观和微观层面的治理对策与建议。
英文摘要：
After the transition period of China＇s entering into WTO,foreign capital sets off a wave of merger and acquisition in some industries in the context of a comprehensive opening to the outside world.Researchers have been transferred attention from its positive impact to the negative impact.Analyzing the status of China＇s foreign capital M＆A,the paper puts forward the ＂State,industries,enterprises＂ governance policy to deal with the economic monopoly,and further research directions.
