随着大量风电接入电网,风电接入对电力系统发电计划的影响成为一个需要研究的关键问题。文中针对风电接入电网后带来的不确定性,基于最优潮流理论和积留量法的思想,提出了在线有功调度的动态前瞻时间窗口模型,实现了在线有功调度问题在时间维度上的有效解耦。在此基础上,提出了一种能够考虑多时段间各种动态耦合约束条件的动态协调滚动发电计划优化算法。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够有效地降低大规模风电接入后对在线有功调度带来的影响,同时保证了滚动发电计划的可行性和准确性。

英文摘要:

With large scale wind power being integrated into power grid, the impact of wind power on the generation scheduling becomes a very important issue. Aiming at dealing with the uncertainties of large wind power integration, a look ahead time window model for active power dispatch is proposed, based on the optimal power flow theory and accumulation variable method. It can realize the time decoupling of online generation dispatch. Based on that, a dynamic rolling generation scheduling algorithm is developed to solve the proposed model with the dynamic coupling constraints between multi-time stages. Simulation results show that the developed method can mitigate the impact of large wind power integration effectively and ensure the feasibility and accuracy of rolling scheduling.
