随着慢递业务逐渐在国内兴起,慢递成为现代社会一种新兴的创意文化,而且慢递业务也受到企业和消费者的追捧。慢递作为一项新兴、朝阳的业务由于缺乏有关业务规范和可借鉴的发展模式,存在一定发展瓶颈。为了解决慢递企业所面临的难题和提高慢递消费者的满意度,文中通过慢递消费群体的问卷调查和慢递企业的调研,分析得到现有慢递业务存在的问题,并针对其所存在的问题：慢递信息管滞后、慢递业务财务核算不清晰、投递效率低等,分析慢递业务应该具备和完善的流程,利用Access数据库和Visual Basic编程语言设计出适用于绝大部分慢递企业的慢递业务管理系统,为慢递企业开展业务提供必要的慢递信息管理,该系统将实现慢递基础资料的信息录入和更新、预警提示和投递查询、慢递出入库、财务核算和慢递业务定价、慢递业务协议和邮寄单打印等功能。

With the development of future mails business in the country gradually, future mails of modern society not only become a kind of creative culture, but also it is popular among the future mails of business enterprises and consumers. The future mails, as an emerging, sunrise business, is lack of standardization and development of the business model which can learn. And the future mails business has a lot of practical problems in the real world. The subject of future mails business management system designed by Access database and Visual Basic programming language to provide the necessary applies of future mails to most of the future mails business and the system will achieve the basic information,warnings, future mails of the functions of storage, financial and related print modules.
