进行高速列车过隧道期间隧道壁面压力及隧道口微压波测量,对研究分析高速列车过隧道气动性能具有重要意义。为了克服传统数据采集系统布线困难、自动化程度低的缺点,设计能够实现自动触发、数据无线传输及离线存储功能的新型数据采集系统,解决隧道恶劣网络环境下数据的无线传输及传统Zig Bee无线数据采集系统采样率过低的难题。基于ARM7处理器核LPC2214结合CC2530开发板,完成了该系统的硬件设计,并基于嵌入式系统内核μC/OS-II和Zstack协议栈完成了相应软件设计。该系统采用蓄电池供电,通过超声波传感器检测列车经过实现自动触发采集,Zig Bee无线网络传输控制命令和数据,数据汇聚至中心节点存储,待取回试验设备后通过USB传输至上位机,减少了试验所需的人力物力,非常方便。研究成果可为恶劣网络环境下采样速率要求较高的无线数据采集系统设计提供参考。
Tunnel wall pressure wave and tunnel micro pressure wave measurement have great significance to researchand analysis when high speed train passes through. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional dataacquisition system wiring difficulties and the low degree of automation, a new data acquisition system was designedto realize automatic trigger, data wireless transmission and data storage function. It provides an easy methodfor data wireless transmission under bad network environment and Low sampling rate of Traditional wirelessdata acquisition system. The hardware design of this system was completed, basing on the ARM7 processor coresLPC2214 combining CC2530 development board. The corresponding software was also designed, based on embeddedsystem kernel uC/OS - II and Zstack protocol stack. This system has the following features: battery powersupply, trigger automatically by ultrasonic sensor acquisition, control commands and data transmission by Zig-Bee wireless network, data gathering to store into center node and transmission to first machine via USB after testequipments taken back. Accordingly, the resources needed for the test were reduced. The present system providesa reference for wireless data acquisition system of high sampling rate of dad network environment.
