生产性服务业与制造业互动发展研究——以河南省为例

生产性服务业与制造业的互动可以有效提高制造业的竞争力,为产业的转型升级提供强大支撑。以河南省为例,运用投入产出法对生产性服务业与制造业之间的互动发展进行探讨,从相互需求和波及效应两方面出发分析,旨在为河南省的产业优化升级提供参考。研究表明:河南省制造业与生产性服务尚未形成良好的互动关系,互动作用不稳定;制造业产业层次稍有改善,其中,中技术产业占主导,高技术产业发展进步缓慢,对生产性服务业的拉动力仍显不足;生产性服务业结构处于升级阶段,现代服务业利用率增加缓慢,对制造业的推动作用有限。有必要加强制造业的自主创新能力,优化生产性服务业的结构,从政府优惠政策及人才培养方面巩固两者之间的互动关系。

英文摘要:

The interactive development between the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry can enhance the competitiveness of our manufacturing enterprises,and provide support to the upgrading and restructuring of the manufacturing sector.Taking Henan province as the research sample,the paper applies input-output model to conduct a study on the association analysis between producer services and manufacturing from two sides including reciprocal demand and ripple effect,which aims to provide the scientific basis of the upgrading of Henan's industry. The results indicated that: the positive interactive between producer services and manufacturing is not well formed in Henan Province,and the interactive function is instability. The technology level and development of the manufacturing industry slightly go up. Especially,the mid-tech industry is dominant,while the development progress of the hi-tech industry is slow. So it has not enough capacity to stimulate the development of the producer service industry. The structure of the producer service industry is at the stage of upgrade,and the utilization of modern service industry increases slowly,that limit the producer service industry's promotion for the manufacturing industry. Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the independent innovation capacity of the manufacturing industry,optimize the structure of the producer service industry,and build up the interaction of them from government's preferential policies and talent cultivation.
