At present,the morbidity of coronary heart disease is increasing,and the disease poses great harm for people＆#39;s health. Thrombosis is an important factor in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. Platelet aggregation is a central part of thrombosis. Antiplatelet therapy plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. P2Y12 receptor antagonists,as one of ADP receptor antagonists,is an important class of antiplatelet agents,which has been widely used. Based on the latest research progress,this review focused on the mechanism of action,efficiency,safety and adverse reactions of P2Y12 receptor antagonists,hoping to provide a reference for the clinical use of P2Y12 receptor antagonists.
