观察熔融挤出成型过程可以发现,喷头在填充曲率半径较小的路径时,成型丝宽度会因为变大而超出精度范围。针对这一问题,设计一种成型丝宽度模糊控制系统。搭建成型试验平台,完成成型试验。分别对系统在改进前和改进后成型丝的宽度进行测量,分析得出结论:采用模糊控制系统的成型丝宽度能满足精度要求,成功克服了原系统在曲率半径小于3mm时成型丝宽度不满足精度要求的问题。
Observing the process of MEM(FDM)forming,we can find that the width of forming wire is beyond the accuracy range due to becoming large while the nozzle filling the path of smaller radius of curvature.To this problem,the fuzzy control system of the width of forming wire is designed.Then,an experiment platform is set up to complete forming test.Finally,the width of the forming wire is measured before and after the improvement.The results show that the forming wire width can meet the accuracy requirements after improvement,and the accuracy of forming wire width is increased by 90% when it is controlled by fuzzy control system,and the problem in the original system is succesefully solved.
