针对水下无线传感器网络长传播时延、低带宽、时空不确定等特点,提出了一种基于时间规划的媒体接入控制(M A C)协议.该协议主要通过规划时间序列合理安排数据传输时机,以避免数据冲突的发生,并以数据队列的形式传输有效数据,使得在一个握手周期内可以完成多个数据的传输,从而提高了信道的利用率.最后通过NS2仿真实验表明,当网络负载较高时,该协议能较大程度地减少控制包开销,提高网络吞吐量.
Underwater wireless sensor networks are significantly different from terrestrial wireless sensor networks in that sound is mainly used as the communication medium .The long propagation de-lay ,limited bandwidth and spatial-temporal dynamics pose great challenges in media access control (MAC) protocol design for underwater wireless sensor networks .In this paper ,a time schedule based MAC protocol for underwater wireless sensor networks with data train is proposed ,called MAC-DT . It introduces a time schedule and improves the channel utilization by forming a train of data packets with the time schedule .Simulations on NS2 show that the MAC-DT is able to achieve much higher throughput .
