对外啮合余弦齿轮泵的瞬时流量及流量不均匀系数等公式进行了理论推导。运用M atlab软件对余弦齿轮泵的流量及脉动进行了计算及数值仿真。结果表明,与相同参数的渐开线齿轮泵相比,余弦齿轮泵的平均流量大,而流量脉动要明显小于渐开线齿轮泵,并随齿数的增多而逐渐减小。研究结果可为余弦齿轮泵的设计和推广应用提供依据。
Theoretical derivations have been carried out on the formulae of the instantaneous flow rate of external toothed cosine gear pump and uneven coefficients of flow rate.Calculations and numerical simulation were carried out on the flow rate and pulsating movement of cosine gear pump by the use of Matlab software.The result showed that when compared with involute gear pump of the same parameter the average flow rate of cosine gear pump was larger yet the pulse of flow rate was obviously smaller then those of involute gear pump and gradually decreased along with the increase of tooth number. The result of research could provide foundation for the design and popularized application of cosine gear pump.
