本研究测定了18,23,28,33℃等温度下斑马鱼(Danio rerio)的静止代谢率(RMR)和氨氮排泄率(AN)。结果表明,RMR值与温度(T)显著正相关,二者关系可用指数函数描述:YRMR=21.28e0.090 3T(r2=0.562,n=55,p〈0.01);雄鱼对温度的敏感性高于雌鱼;随着温度上升,AN显著增加(p〈0.05);各温度下,氨熵(AQ)值分别为0.34,0.14,0.10和0.16。研究认为,13和38℃可能是斑马鱼可长期耐受的温度下限和上限,该种鱼RMR水平较高且对温度变化较敏感;蛋白供能比过高可能是斑马鱼不适宜低温生存的原因,低温是否促进斑马鱼的无氧代谢有待进一步研究。
The resting metabolic rate (RMR) and ammonia excretion rate (AN) of zebrafish (Danio rerio) were assessed at 18, 23, 28, and 33 ℃. The RMR increased with temperature (T). The relationship between RMR and T was described as YRMR 21. 28e^0.0903T(r^2= 0. 562, n= 55, p〈0. 01). Male fish showed higher sensitivity to T than female fish. AN increased with T (p〈0.05). The ammonia quotients (AQ) were 0.34, 0.14, 0.10 and 0.16, respectively. It suggests that the zebrafish can survive within temperature range 13 to 38 ℃ and has a reltively higher thermal sensitivity. The high protein oxidation could impair survival capacity of zebrafish at low temperature. Whether anaerobic metabolism of zebrafish can be promoted by low temperature need fur- ther studies.
