针对修筑于斜坡地带的公路加筋土挡墙系统的设计、施工难点和破坏模式,开发一种适合于我国西部山区特点的微型桩-加筋土挡墙系统:竖直和倾斜的一对微型桩从路面穿过加筋土挡墙的回填土区域,并锚固进地基,同时,在桩顶处浇筑承台和地基梁,使微型桩布置成为纵向框架组合形式,并通过连接构件将护栏与地基梁及微型桩相连,形成"护栏—连接构件—地基梁—微型桩—加筋土—地基"这一自上而下的整体加固体系。介绍该加固系统的结构形式、技术特点、施工方法和质量控制等,对采取不同加固措施的斜坡加筋土挡墙的变形特性进行数值模拟分析,初步验证所提出的加固方法的优越性。研究结果表明:该系统施工方便,不需要大量挖填方,收坡效果好,仅增加适当的材料用量,即可实现加强挡土墙局部稳定性、整体稳定性和护栏抗冲击性能的多重加固目的。
In order to deal with the difficulties in the design, construction of roadway retaining walls on steep terrain as well as its failure problems, the scheme of micropile-MSE wall system, which is suitable for the road construction in mountainous areas in western China, was put forward so as to solve the problems mentioned above. In the road micropile-MSE wall system, a pair of vertical and inclined micropiles goes through the MSE region and penetrates into the foundation, and then pile cap and grade beam are placed on the pile top to form the longitudinal framing mode. After that, the road barrier is connected to the grade beam and micropiles by connecting linkages. The structural style, technical features, construction method as well as quantity control were introduced, and contrastive numerical simulations on the deformation property of MSE Wall with different reinforcements were conducted to validate the superiority of the proposed micropile-MSE wall preliminarily. The results show that this system has the merits such as convenient construction, moderate excavation and filling as well as grading. The retaining wall's local stability, global stability and impact resistance of barrier can be improved simultaneously after adding suitable reinforcing component.
