利用高光谱技术,探索马尾松反射光谱与其叶绿素含量之间的相关关系。采用美国ASD公司生产的手持式野外光谱辐射仪测量马尾松冠层光谱,对观测叶片进行同步叶绿素含量测定,并利用统计学分析方法,分析马尾松叶绿素含量与原始光谱、一阶微分光谱、植被指数的相关关系,结果表明:马尾松光谱与叶绿素含量最大相关系数位于621nm和715nm;通过对13种植被指数与叶绿素含量进行相关分析,表明TCARI与叶绿素含量相关性最大,其次是PVR、SRPI。从而说明下一步可以选择621mm和715mm以及TCARI进行马尾松叶绿素含量的高光谱反演研究。
: This paper focused on the relationships between spectrum of Pinus massoniana Lamb and chlorophyll content. Selecting P, massoniana Lanub as objects, this study measured the spectral reflectance of canopy by ASD Handheld Spectrometer in field and at the same time chlorophyll content in lab, the relationships between the spectral reflectance and chlorophyll content were analyzed by a statistical method. The results showed that: the maximum related wavebands of chlorophyll content are situated at 621 nm and 715 nm: the correlative relationships between the 13 vegetation indices and the chlorophyll contents were analyzed. Between TCARI and chlorophyll content has the biggest correlative coefficient, the others are PVR,SRPI. These results suggest that the bands including 621 nm,71S nm and TCARI can be used to estimate the chlorophyll content.
