为确定某矿的矸石充填开采过程中最优充填材料配比和最佳的矸石充填量。设计了一种新型的矸石压缩模具,应用该模具和YE-200A液压试验机对十种不同粒径配比的矸石进行压缩试验,得出均匀配比的矸石为最优充填配比。采用最小二乘法拟合的数学模型,确定了均匀配比矸石充填材料与压力的变化规律。最后推出了均匀配比的矸石充填高度与采厚、顶板允许下沉量及顶板压力的函数关系。
In order to determine the optimal backfilling material ratio and the ideal backfilling amount of gangue in a mine with gangue backfilling mining technology, a new gangue compression mould was designed for testing the optimal gangue backfilling ratio.By applying the mould and YE-200A Hydraulic testing machine, the compression tests were conducted on ten kinds of gangue with different particle diameter ratio, and it showed that the gangue with uniform ratio is the optimal backfilling ratio.The mathematical model with least square fit was applied to deter-mine the change law between gangue backfilling material with uniform ratio and pressure.Finally, a functional rela-tionship was deduced among the height of gangue backfilling material with uniform ratio, mining thickness, roof al-lowable sinkage and roof pressure.
