糖聚合物由于具有较好的亲水性和生物活性而成为生物医药等领域的研究热点[1].近年来,研究人员也开始将具有环境响应性质的聚合物接在糖聚合物上构成多嵌段含糖共聚物[2～4],将其作为新型的智能药物载体[5].

英文摘要：

New pH-responsive glycopolymers were designed and synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization.The architectures of the glycopolymers were confirmed by 1H NMR and Gel permeation chromatography（GPC）.Dynamic light scattering（DLS） and Drop shape analysis（DSA） tests were also performed to investigate the solution properties of the glycopolymer.This new glycopolymer contains a polyelectrolyte block and exhibits tunable pH-responsibility in water.
