The educational major of the local normal universities, with its specifically historical mission, very important educational position, and much accumulated high-quality resources, has become the rich soil in personnel training of the pedagogics majors. The new notion of ＂blending knowledge and performance, experience and practice together＂ in the personnel training of the educational majors must be put into practice in leading the personnel training of teacher education. ＂The old three skills＂ must be combined with the ＂new three skills＂ to form ＂triple＂ features of practical teaching.
