采用磁控溅射法在NiTi下腔静脉滤器表面沉积Cu/Ti涂层,与裸滤器相比,滤器表面沉积Cu/Ti涂层后并不明显改变滤器尺寸,不同工艺条件下滤器表面Cu/Ti原子百分比没有明显差别。滤器表面沉积Cu/Ti涂层使滤器的相变温度明显升高,并且随着镀膜温度和镀膜时间的增加,镀膜滤器的相变温度改变量逐渐增大;同时,随着镀膜温度的升高和镀膜时间的延长,试样径向力的减小量逐渐增大,与镀膜前的裸滤器相比,镀膜后滤器的力-位移曲线的下屈服平台有所降低。
The copper-titanium ( Cu/Ti ) coating was fabricated on the NiTi inferior vena cava filters by a magnetron sputtering method .As compared to the bare filter , Cu/Ti coating did not obviously change the di-mensions of filters .There were no obvious differences for the atomic ratio of Cu /Ti, when different preparation processes were applied .The phase transformation temperature of filter increased significantly after the deposi -tion;moreover , with the increase of deposition temperature and time , not only the changes of phase transforma-tion temperature but also the decrease of radial force increased gradually .As compared to the bare filter , the lower yield plateau of the force -displacement curve of the filter with Cu/Ti coating decreased somewhat .
