以2011年中国上市公司的相关数据为样本,运用CCEI^BNU指数从企业家人力资本、关系网络能力、社会责任能力和战略管理能力四个维度实证分析企业家能力、信息披露质量与上市公司绩效之间的关系。全样本检验结果表明:企业家能力越高,信息披露质量越高,公司绩效越高,信息披露质量在企业家能力对公司绩效的影响中产生了部分"中介效应"。分样本检验结果表明:国有企业的信息披露质量会产生部分中介效应,民营企业的信息披露质量则未产生任何中介效应;社会责任能力和战略管理能力是国有企业家的核心能力,战略管理能力是民营企业家的核心能力。
Based on the data of China's listed firm samples in 2011, the paper uses CCEI^BNU to analyze the relationship between entrepreneur ability, disclosure quality and firm performance from the four dimensions of entrepreneur human capital, guanxi network ability, social responsibility ability and strategic management ability. The full sample test shows that: the higher entrepreneur ability is, the higher disclosure quality is, and the better firm performance is, which implies that disclosure quality plays an intermediate role in the effect of entrepreneur ability on finn performance. The splitting sample test shows that: the disclosure quality of state-owned firm samples still can produce intermediate effects, but that of private firm samples can not. Social responsibility ability and strategic management ability are the eore competency of the state-owned firm's entrepreneurs while strategic management ability is the core competency of the private firm's entrepreneurs.
