有机发光器件(OLED)以其轻薄、柔性、可折叠、低功耗、面光源和响应快等诸多优越性能已成为下一代全彩柔性或硬底显示、固态白光照明的材料,在商业领域具有广阔的应用前景。然而,相对于液晶显示屏与LED照明,OLED的效率较低和稳定性较差,已经成为制约OLED发展的两大技术瓶颈。大量的研究工作表明,OLED的效率的稳定性与器件中的界面结构与界面特性紧密相关,为此开展OLED界面研究,探寻改善器件性能的新途径成为研究热点。首先介绍了OLED界面研究对器件性能调控的重要作用,随后结合本课题组最新的界面研究成果,分别从阳极/有机层界面、有机层/有机层界面、阴极/有机层界面和有机层内部界面等4方面介绍了OLED界面研究的最新进展,最后提出OLED界面研究的发展趋势。
Organic light emitting diode (OLED) exhibits such properties as light, thin, flexi- ble, low-consumption, area source, and fast response, which will be novel generation plane dis- play and solid luminance source in future. However, two main technical bottlenecks hold back the development of OLED, which are rather lower efficiency and worse stability relative to liquid crystal display or light emitting diode (LED). In recent years, it has been identified that device performance of OLED shows close relationship with structure and properties of OLED interface. In this paper, the significance of OLED interface research to device performance is illustrated firstly. Then the recent research progress of anode/organic layer interface, organic layer/organic layer interface, cathode/organic layer interface and inner interface in organic layer are emphasized in detail,combining with our new research achievements. At last, the outlook of OLED interface research is prospected.
