在VMI下,供应商在RFID方面的投入能提高供应链及链上其他企业的收益,而只有有效地协调收益才能激发供应商采用RFID技术的积极性。为此,以VMI下的二级供应链为研究对象,假设提前期与需求预测误差存在线性关系的前提下,采用Newsvendor模型和逻辑证明的方法,建立了提前期压缩与供应链收益的关系模型,分析了供应商采用RFID技术缩短提前期对供应链及其成员收益的影响,导出可使供应链收益提高的RFID成本约束条件,并证明供应商采用批发价格协调策略或零售商采用线性转移支付系数策略均可实现供应链成员收益的Pareto改进,最后通过数值算例对结论进行了验证。
Based on VMI,the supplier bearing the cost of RFID technology can improve supply chain players' profit.An effectively coordination of profit will stimulate suppliers to use RFID technology.This paper studies the effect of lead-time compression on profit of supply chain players on the assumption that the market demand forecast error varies with lead-time based on VMI.Using a Newsvendor model,we discuss the constraint condition of RFID technology cost that can improve the profit of supply chain.After supplier using wholesale price coordinate strategy or retailer using linear transfer payment coefficient strategy can achieve Pareto improvement of the supply chain actors' profits.Finally,the conclusion is validated through a numerical example.i
