目的对翅果油树Elaeagnus mollis叶的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从翅果油树叶70%乙醇提取物中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-O-反式对香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-O-顺式对香豆酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(5)、山柰酚-3,7-O-α-L-二吡喃鼠李糖苷(6)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(8)、hippophamide(9)、L-色氨酸(10)、阿江榄仁酸(11)、熊果酸(12)、山柰酚(13)、芦丁(14)、腺苷(15)、β-胡萝卜苷(16)。结论化合物3~10、15均为首次从胡颓子属植物中分离得到;1、2、11、12为首次从翅果油植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Elaeagnus mollis. Methods Their structures were identified on the basis of silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and HPLC methods were used for the separation and purification of chemical constituents. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extracts of the leaves of E. mollis. The structures were identified as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), kaempferol-3-O-(6″-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-β-Dglucopyranoside(2), kaempferol-3-O-(6″-O-cis-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3), quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(4), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(5), kaempferol-3,7-di-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(6), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(7), kaempferol-3-O-α-Larabinofuranosyl-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(8), hippophamide(9), L-tryptophan(10), arjunolicacid(11), ursolicacid(12), kaempferol(13), rutin(14), adenosine(15), and β-daucosterol(16). Conclusion Compounds 3—10 and 15 are isolated from the plants of Elaeagnus L. for the first time. Compounds 1, 2, 11, and 12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
