目的探讨长期暴露于大气污染环境中,对户外环卫工人健康状况的影响。方法采用问卷调查的方式,自主设计问卷,对河北省衡水市两个区域的户外环卫工人进行调查,采用SPSS软件进行数据分析,分析方法采用Logistic回归。结果对调查结果进行统计分析后,发现声嘶和胸闷憋气患病与户外工作年限有关（P〈0.05）,而每周工作的天数与这些症状没有明显的相关性,同时发现吸烟会增加咽痛、糖尿病、体重大幅下降的患病率（P〈0.05）,调查对象中没有明显的心理问题。结论环境污染加剧,对户外工作者的健康状况有一定影响,这种影响是长年作用的累积结果,同时也发现吸烟对健康有明显的影响,会加剧健康恶化,此外,仍需进行大规模、广泛性的调查使研究结果更可靠。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the impact on health conditions of the sanitation workers after long-term exposure to air pollution. Methods Two regions of sanitation workers from Hengshui City of Hebei Province were investigated by a questionnaire survey, and the data were analyzed by Logistic regression with SPSS software. Results The survey results showed that hoarseness and chest distress were related with years of working（P〈0.05）, regardless of the number of working days per week, meanwhile smoking would increase the morbidity rate of sore throat, diabetes, and a substantial decline of weight（P〈0.05）. The respondents had no obvious mental problems. Conclusion Environmental pollution has effects on the health of outdoor workers, the influence is the cumulative result of years, but also find that smoking has a significant impact on health, will intensify health deterioration, in addition, there still need a large scale and extensive investigation to make these findings more reliable.
