In terms of treating pulmonary tuberculosis with therapy of acumuxi, points of the foot taiyin spleen meridian, the foot yangming stomach meridian, and the foot shaoyin kidney meridian are first choices. The first treating principle is clearing stomach heat. The second one is supplementing spleen and removing turbid pathogenic factors, and the third one is nourishing liver-kidney yin. The evolution law of diabetes from light to heavy is ： obesity-pulmonary tubereulosis-diabetes-conemrrent eardio-eerebrovascular disease. Treating pulmonary tuberculosis is the first key step to stop its occurrence. Both doctors and the patients should actively treat during this phase to achieve early prevention and treatment.
