概述了防止氢和氢同位素渗透壁垒层的研究进展,展望了这些壁垒层在钛和钛合金基体上的应用前景。根据钛和钛合金局部热氢处理的实际情况,提出开发一次性自剥落热氢处理用阻止氢和氢同位素渗透的高效壁垒层的必要性与可行性。通过对热氢处理用渗透壁垒层应具备的特性进行分析,认为高Al2O3含量的硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷涂层将是未来研究的重要候选壁垒层。
Hydrogen and its isotopes permeation barriers were reviewed in this paper. The banners were prospected to be used in titanium and its alloys as protective coatings. In view of the practical situation of local-thermo-hydrogen treatment (LTHT) ,it was proposed that it should be indispensable and feasible to develop a disposable self-peeling high-efficient coating as hydrogen permeation barrier for LTHT. By analyzing the characteristics that the coating should possess, the silicate glass-ceramic coating with high content of Al2O3 is considered to be a potential candidate.
